Dr. David Robins
Dr. David Robins is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with more than 25 years in practice, has performed thousands of surgeries, and treated many more patients in a conservative fashion. His osteopathic training taught him that a patient is more than just the sum of their parts. Our patients are not viewed as a disease process, but how that process interacts with the entire person and impacts their life.
" It has been said if all you have is one tool available, you will want to use that tool for every patient. We have a wide range of tools and treatment modalities at our disposal and available to our patients which makes us unique."

Dr. Helen Smith
Helen Smith, PhD, is a psychologist specializing in forensic issues and men’s issues in Knoxville, Tennessee. She holds a PhD from the University of Tennessee and master’s degrees from The New School for Social Research and the City University of New York. She has worked with men, women and children in her private practice for more than twenty years. She has written The Scarred Heart: Understanding and Identifying Kids Who Kill, and was writer and executive producer of Six, a documentary about the murder of a family in Tennessee by teens from Kentucky. The film highlights the inadequacies of the school, mental health and criminal justice systems in preventive treatment of troubled teens. Regenerative Complete is excited to welcome Dr. Helen Smith to our Staff. She will be offering
three to four sessions as short term mental health counseling and consultation. The goals of the sessions will be to address the client's major concerns about their emotional health and how to learn to make changes that will improve their quality of life and reduce negative symptoms. Her treatment protocols are aligned with our Wavi Scan assessments and can provide a greater understanding of the results of our EEG.

Kayla is a graduate of Tusculum University where she earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing, and is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nursing Credentialing Center.
She was introduced to Functional Medicine during her clinical hours in graduate school and believes that taking a natural approach to treatment provides the best outcomes for patients. In her spare time, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and boating on the lake.
